The İstanbul 6th Administrative Court rejected the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's appeal against the stay of execution of the Gezi Park project. The decision was taken by majority vote. The Presiding Judge voted against the decision.
The İstanbul 6th Administrative Court is expected to finalise and announce its decision regarding Gezi Park within two months.
