What is the liquid product police is adding into cannon water?
It is stated that the liquid used in water cannons include large quantities of chemical product.
On the 19th day of the protests that started in Gezi Park and continue in Taksim Square, police intervened again. Police forces were seen to enter Gezi Park from several points and later tear gas smoke started to come out of the park.
Activists who escaped the police attack took refuge in Divan Hotel. Doctors in the hotel stated that the liquid fired from the water cannons was not just water but that it included some chemical products. One claim is that the chemical product is Fosgen. Doctors stated that those who were attacked by water cannons were burnt when they came to the hotel.
